Answers to common questions

Which file formats are supported?

We support PDF, images (JPG, PNG, GIF) and Word documents. The limit is 100 MB per file. You don't need to scan anything — just take a photo of a receipt, invoice or contract with your phone and upload it as a regular photo.

Are my data backed up and encrypted?

Yes. All data is encrypted and regularly backed up. We encrypt documents already when uploading to storage and their transfer takes place over secure SSL/TLS connection. Additionally, we create automatic daily backups, so you won't lose them even in case of server outage or error.

Can I use an API?

Yes. We make API available from the Pro plan. Each plan has its own limits — for example, number of queries per minute, maximum response size or number of connected applications. These limits protect service performance and ensure consistent response.

How many documents can I have?

The number of documents depends on the storage size in your plan: • Free: 500 MB • Basic: 10 GB (approx. 10,000 PDF documents) • Pro: 100 GB (approx. 100,000 PDF documents) • Enterprise: unlimited The document count estimate is based on an average PDF file size of approximately 1 MB. The actual number may vary depending on the size of your documents.
